My apologies for taking so long to contact you, but Jan and I just returned from Charlevoix last evening.

I wanted to take a moment to extend our most heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful tour of Quebec City your provided last Saturday. Having been our first visit, we left our sightseeing to your most capable hands and you most certainly did not disappoint. From your prompt – even conveniently early – arrival at our hotel, to your most genuine, friendly and professional demeanor, to the detailed knowledge of your beloved city's rich history, to the sincere commitment you demonstrated in ensuring a wonderful afternoon, we are truly grateful for your most kind service. And, for me personally, what you did to accommodate my mobility issues was above and beyond that which one could expect. You treated me and Jan like royalty.

When we arranged the booking with the Fairmont concierge, they quickly exclaimed that Yves was the best. That turned out to be quite an understatement.
