Cancellation conditions, cancellation policy updated on February 6, 2025

Cancellation and refund conditions

Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time is fully refundable. If the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the service, a fee equal to 50% of the total amount will be applied. For any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the service, no refund will be given.

Lateness and absences

If the client is late, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at no extra charge. After this time, additional fees may apply, or the booking will be considered canceled without refund. Any no-show by the client without prior notification will also be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptional cases

In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events affecting transport safety, VIP Transport Quebec reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service. In these cases, a full refund or rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability.
