Cancellation Conditions and Refunds

Any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time is fully refundable. If the cancellation is made between 12 and 24 hours before the service, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount will be applied. For any cancellation occurring within less than 12 hours, no refund will be granted.

Delays and No-Shows

In case of client delay, the driver will wait up to a maximum of 15 minutes at no extra charge. After this period, additional fees may apply, or the reservation may be considered canceled without a refund. Any client no-show without prior notification will also be considered a last-minute cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events affecting transportation safety, Transport VIP Québec reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. In such cases, a full refund or a rescheduling of the reservation may be offered depending on availability.
